California tax attorney Patrick E. McGinnis has been practicing tax law in Los Angeles and southern California for nearly 40 years. Prior to opening his Beverly Hills law practice to help individuals and businesses with their legal tax matters, Mr. McGinnis worked as an IRS Chief Counsel attorney for 12 years, where he was designated as a Special Litigation Attorney. Having extensive experience on both sides of the aisle has enhanced Mr. McGinnis’ understanding of the law and legal practice and immeasurably increased his ability to serve his clients with the utmost skill and ability.

Mr. McGinnis completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside and earned his juris doctor law degree from the Arizona State University College of Law.
